With over 30 years in the Real Estate industry, and her dedication to fulfilling her client's needs, it is not surprising that she is one of the top Realtors in the State of Florida year after year.

Sue has a true passion for her profession ... she specializes in the marketing and selling of fine homes throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. Her reputation for integrity, discretion, professionalism, and her commitment to her clients, has distinguished her in the real estate field. She has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, as well as the prestigious Diamond Club status. She was also invited to sit on the Advisory Board for the Master Broker's Forum which is comprised of the top 20 agents in Broward County, chosen not only for their productivity, but also for their ethics in the real estate community.

Sue is well known in the Lighthouse Point and surrounding areas for her hard work and dedication, both personally and professionally. She takes great pride in giving back to her community through various charities and organizations. She serves on the board of Pinion, which raises money for Special Olympics, Broward Children's Center, Woodhouse Inc, and the Master Broker Forum. In addition, she has been a long standing member of Soroptimist International, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and Broward Navy Days, which is a support group for the Navy and Coast Guard, hosting numerous functions at her home throughout the years. She also financially supports many other charitable organizations throughout the year.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Sue has spent the last 40 years in South Florida. She graduated from Wilkes College and did graduate work at Penn State University. At a very young age, she was taught that if you worked hard and had pride in what you did, you could be anything you wanted to be. She still believes that and practices it every day in her personal and professional life!

John Putzig, P.A.

A licensed real estate broker in Florida for nearly 15 years, John owned and operated a successful real estate and mortgage company for five of those years before deciding that his true passion was working directly with clients and being actively involved in each deal.

John started his working life in the customer service field and he feels this was an unprecedented educational time in his life. Building from this background he continues to think of customer service as the number one client responsibility. Customer service and knowledge of the real estate industry including the financial aspects and construction of the same are the backbone of John's unequaled abilities.

While working in real estate sales, John also owned and operated a mortgage brokerage firm, giving him invaluable knowledge in qualifying potential buyers for their home as well as assisting buyers in seeking the best mortgage options.

A South Florida native, John offers clients an incomparable knowledge of the local real estate market and is skilled at negotiating the best price for both buyers and sellers. An avid fisherman and boater, John has hands on experience of the local waters and waterways. He and his family live in the community where he buys and sells homes.

John's professionalism, spirit, integrity and cooperation in working with other realtors earned him membership in the Master Brokers Forum (MFB), a prestigious, invitation-only organization made up of the region's top producers and most ethical real estate professionals.

John is a graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale and of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He and his family are active in Lighthouse Christian School and the First Presbyterian Church, as well as in the Indian Guides and Indian Princess organizations that help educate local youth.
